IDAO is a healthcare organization dedicated to connecting patients with specialists in DAO deficiency worldwide, including registered dietitians, medical doctors, and psychologists. It was founded in 2015 in Barcelona, Spain, and in 2022, under the leadership of Adriana Duelo, launched the first edition of the Global Licensing Program, creating an international network of healthcare professionals specializing in DAO deficiency. Today, we are a team of more than 30 professionals and are present in 12 countries.
