We are pleased to once again participate in the University Specialization Course in Pediatric Food Allergies and Intolerances organized by ISNUT. This course is a title of its own accredited by the Miguel de Cervantes European University (UEMC), endorsed by the Committee for the Evaluation of Scientific and Teaching Activities of the AEP and by SEICAP.
Our class will focus on DAO deficiency in boys and girls and will last 2 hours. We will be part of the program with colleagues who will talk about the low FODMAPs diet, lactose and sorbitol intolerance, non-celiac gluten sensitivity and allergies to multiple foods (fish, cow’s milk, LTP, etc).
