Centro Aleris contacted us to develop a 4-hour online course on DAO deficiency, focused exclusively on professionals. The idea of this course is to give the basic tools for a scientific update on histamine metabolism and DAO enzyme deficiency, with a practical application in the nutrition consultation and resolution of real cases.

Our idea is to help translate these recommendations into a practical approach in consultation. It is the previous step to a specialization that is increasingly in demand for those who want to do it in the future with a more extended course.
